Study On Gansu Provincial General Undergraduate College Education Funds Demand And Supply

Gansu provincial general undergraduate colleges and universities are the main force of higher education in Gansu Province, is shouldering the important task of providing intellectual support for Gansu’s economic and social development, but education funding shortage restricts the further development of colleges and universities. This paper is based on the balance of payments data 2005-2010, unifies the Gansu province "eleven five" macroeconomic data and the "Twelfth Five Year" economic and social development planning objectives, analysis of the Gansu provincial general undergraduate colleges and universities education funding status and existing problems, the 2011-2015 forecast in Gansu provincial general undergraduate colleges and Universities education fund size of demand and supply, and based on the Gansu province university student education funds investment growth lagged behind the economic development of Gansu and the growth rate of fiscal revenue of reality, we put forward some policy suggestions.
