A Study On The Cultivation Of Professional Self-confidence Of Counselors In General Colleges And Universities In Gansu Province

As the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students,as the organizer,implementer and director of the daily ideological and political education and management of college students,counselors play an irreplaceable role in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.It is very important for the development of professionalization of counselors,and one of the important factors of professionalization is professional self-confidence.It can be seen that professional self-confidence is the need to realize the self-development of the college counselor team,the core requirement of the professional construction of the college counselor team,and the important guarantee to enhance the effectiveness of the moral education work in Colleges and universities.Therefore,the research on the professional self-confidence of college counselors has important theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this paper summarizes the professional self-confidence of college counselors,defines the related core concepts scientifically,explains the related theories in detail,and points out the necessity of cultivating the professional self-confidence of college counselors.Secondly,on the basis of reading a large number of documents and having a preliminary understanding of the career confidence of college counselors,combined with the actual situation,this paper designs the questionnaire and interview outline of the career confidence of College Counselors in Gansu Province,selects four undergraduate colleges in Lanzhou City,and makes statistical analysis of the survey results.The survey finds that collegecounselors in professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,professional trust In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the influence of the lack of professional self-confidence of college counselors on colleges,students and themselves.Thirdly,it deeply analyzes the reasons for the lack of professional self-confidence of counselors,mainly from the individual level,school level,social level.Finally,according to the analysis of the reasons,targeted from the three aspects of personal improvement,the effective security of the school and the high recognition of the society,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the cultivation of professional self-confidence of college counselors.
