Research On The Cultivation Of Undergraduate Talents In Provincial Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of "double First-class" Educatio

In recent years,China has put forward the “Double-first-class strategy”to improve the quality of higher education to achieve a strong country in education,and then the problem of personnel training has become a hot topic in the whole society,especially in the educational circles.China's higher education started late,the quality of personnel training is uneven,especially provincial universities in this issue is particularly prominent.Under the environment of “Double-first-class”education,the cultivation of undergraduate talents in provincial colleges and universities faces new challenges and opportunities.Solving this problem can not only optimize the development of education and improve the quality of higher education,it can also contribute to the development and progress of the whole society,the country and the nation.This research adopts the method of Literature Research and investigation,taking the current situation of talent training in provincial h universities as the breakthrough point,analyzes the problem of talent training and puts forward the improving strategy of talent training under the background of “Double first-class”education.In addition to the introduction,this study is divided into four parts: the first part elaborates the relationship between “Double-first-class”education and personnel training,and clarifies the train of thought.The second part carries on the empirical investigation,elaborates the present situation of talent cultivation in provincial universities from six dimensions,such as talent training goal,curriculum system,practice teaching,teacher construction,school-enterprise cooperation,training evaluation and so on.In the third part,the author analyzes the causes of the problem from four aspects: the State,society,enterprises and students themselves.The fourth part,based on the attribution analysis,puts forward the improvement strategy of the talent cultivation of provincial universities under the background of “Double-first-class”education,in order to improve the quality of higher education.Talent training is the key to social development,not only colleges and universities,but also different subjects of society need to work together to improve the quality of talent training,especially in the context of "double first-class" education.
