Research On Professional Development Of Middle School Political Teachers

The implementation of the new curriculum reform make more and more educators began to pay attention to the professional development of teachers. with the continuous development of education, the drawbacks of the traditional teaching mode emerges constantly. In order to meet the need of times and education as well as to meet the needs of students development, teachers must adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, and achieve the development in profession by constantly improving their own quality.At present, the research on the professional development of teachers is taking all the teachers as the research object, and less research on the theory and practice of the professional development of politics teachers in middle school. In this paper, literature research method and empirical research method will be used to show the middle school politics teachers’ professional development characteristics, current situation and existing problems. This is certainly to put forward the suitable professional development strategy for politics teachers and guide their educational practice.The content can be divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction. Combined with the real educational situation, the process of the middle school politics educational development will be described in detail. At the same time different limits involved in it will be listed and analyzed carefully.The fourth part: The development strategy of the middle school politics teachers’ development. Effective measures were put forward to promote the middle school politics teachers’ professional development from the three aspects : society, schools and teachers themselves.The fifth part: Conclusion. The outlook in middle school politics teachers professional development will be set based on the actual situation at present.
