Teachers’ Specialization is a necessary condition and requirement for improvingthe quality of education in the new century, Continuous improve the Teachers’professional level of our country is to improve the quality of education, cultivating newtalents, practical requirement of quality education. Since the reform and opening up,Our education has made a great development and progress, to put forward the higherrequirements for the specialization of teachers in middle school politics. However, thereis a certain gap from the requirements of the quality in middle school politics teachers inour country, therefore enhance the professional development of teachers in middleschool politics, has become the inevitable requirement to improve the middle schoolthought political education.Based on the above background, in this paper, the author analyzed the necessityof middle school politics teachers professional development,present situation, thereasons, and the way of middle school politics teachers professional development. Thispaper from the research purpose, collect relevant information, through comparativeanalysis, discard the dross and select the essential, sorting system again, carry out theauthor’s own thinking in the finishing process, providing a solid basis for the study.And carries on the questionnaire survey on the part of middle school politics teacher, inorder to obtain the related information, to provide realistic base for this article. In viewof the limitation of setting questionnaire problem, also set up a relatively openinterviews, interviews part of middle school politics teacher, to circumvent thelimitations of questionnaire.Through the survey, we found a part of high school education evaluation systemlags behind relatively at present in our country, the consciousness of scientific researchof politics teachers in middle school is not strong, low research capability and seriousoccupation burnout. Such problems arise both teacher own factor and the school factors.In view of the above situation, to solve these problems, we must establish and perfectthe middle school politics teachers pre-job training and post training system,construction teaching and scientific research, evaluation system of the middle school politics teacher professional development, at the same time to strengthen the teacherself-development in middle school.
