The Influence Of Social Network Of Community Social Workers On Community Social Work Practice

Under the background of the rapid development of social work and social work practice,the importance of the development of community social work practice in the country’s emphasis on community development and construction has become increasingly apparent.In the process of developing community practice,social workers will solve problems through their professional methodological knowledge and will be required to link and integrate resources to solve the needs and problems of service clients.When social workers integrate resources,they need to rely on their own social networks to help link resources and promote the development of work better.Therefore,this paper analyzes the social network of community social workers from the perspective of relationship strength and puts forward research questions: How does the social network of community social workers affect community social work practice? After studying the development process of social network theory and combing the literature,this paper investigates the analysis framework to collect data of community social workers in D County by means of questionnaire and interview,and then makes an analysis.According to the mean value analysis of the overall scale,it can be concluded that in the social network of community social workers,relatives and friends belong to the strong relationship,while colleagues and clients belong to the weak relationship.Through the correlation analysis between different groups in social workers’ own social network and the satisfaction of community social work practice service effect in several aspects,it can be concluded that in terms of interaction frequency,emotional strength and trust,the relationship strength of community social workers with colleagues and clients in the social network has a significant positive correlation with social work practice;in terms of emotional strength dependence,social workers’ relationship strength with relatives,friends and colleagues is positively correlated with social work practice;in terms of intimacy,social workers’ relationship strength with clients is positively correlated with social work practice;in terms of reciprocal exchange,social workers’ relationship strength with their friends,colleagues and clients is positively correlated with social work practice.Through regression analysis,we can get the strength of the relationship with colleagues and service objects under the interaction frequency,the strength of the relationship with colleagues and service objects under the emotional power trust,the strength of the relationship with relatives,friends and colleagues under the emotional power dependence,and the strength of the relationship with colleagues under the intimacy degree understanding.The strength of the relationship with relatives,friends,colleagues and service objects under reciprocal exchange has a significant positive impact on the work practice.Based on the research conclusions,this paper optimizes the realization path of resource link in the process of practice,and puts forward practical suggestions for social workers’ social network involvement in the work practice and the promotion of social work practice.
