| With the rapid development of social work in China,social workers have played an active role in community governance,playing a responsible role in urban and rural social services,social governance,epidemic prevention and control,anti-poverty and other services,making important contributions in the above areas,who become the backbone of the "Three-cooperative" model of community governance.Social Workers Participate in community governance under the leadership of the government,carrying the spirit of helping the community,Party building,civil affairs and other work,known as the community "Omnipotent" social workers.However,this also means the intensification of the administration of social workers.The "de-administration" advocated by social workers for many years has achieved little effect,and they are increasingly becoming "omnipotent" social workers.Based on the author’s 11 years of experience in social work industry in Shenzhen,this study started with the phenomenon of "omnipotent" social work in community social work,collected data through literature research,participatory experience,structured interview and other methods,and analyzed the formation of "universal" social work based on the case analysis of party and Mass Service center in D community.The research finds that under different pressure in community governance,social workers,social work institutions,community workers and other different subjects have various and different role expectations for social workers.Under the superposition of "triple pressure" and "seven roles"," omnipotent " social work is derived.Social work institutions are dependent on community resources and are gradually retreating under the pressure of homogeneous competition;Social workers are constantly compromised by community evaluation and lack of professional confidence;The boundary extension of community work affairs and the pressure addition jointly promote the omnipotence of social workers The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the de-administration and professional development of community social work. |
