The research of this problem, to improve the Open University distance education resource construction, improve resources when using the negative impact of factors, it is of important theoretical and practical significance.This research mainly through interviews and questionnaires,for the construction of the Open University distance education resources and the status of the use to make a summary analysis. And on this basis, to Open University distance learners when using the resources of all kinds of influence factors are classified summary and statistical analysis, and grouping and learners according to the different background variables,to explore the differences between various influencing factors of different background, and the relationship between learning motivation and influence factors. Find out the reason of influencing factors effect, the last hope to be able to put forward to eliminate or reduce the impact of countermeasures and Suggestions.The focus of this study is to analyze the distance learners use the impact factors in teaching resources And put forward to overcome the unfavorable factors influencing their opinions and Suggestions. The difficulty of the research is the design of the questionnaire,because there is no ready-made questionnaire about impact factors of distance education learners when they study, so we need to prepare the questionnaire on the basis of related research conclusion, and in a small scale test and modify again and again, to make sure the final questionnaire has high reliability.This research mainly adopts literature research and questionnaire investigation method, and with the latter as the main research methods. The research object is National Open University in Genus branch(both Genus Radio and Television University) part of the local college and learning center of distance education learners. We used SPSS 12.0 to process and analysis the research data. Main analytical methods are classified statistics, t test, f test, etc.The main research conclusions of this research are as follows:(1) Open University students of distance education in the use of remote network learning resources, generally faced with the influence of various interference factors.(2) Open University students of distance education in the use of remote network learning resources when studying the interference factor that the face is from many aspects, such as factors such as time management factors, self-study ability factors, learning support services factors, etc.(3)In the face of the same factors, different background(Such as gender, age, learning level,marital status, etc) of learners showed obvious difference.
