The difficulty of the research is the design of the questionnaire,because there is no ready-made questionnaire about impact factors of distance education learners when they study, so we need to prepare the questionnaire on the basis of related research conclusion, and in a small scale test and modify again and again, to make sure the final questionnaire has high reliability.This research mainly adopts literature research and questionnaire investigation method, and with the latter as the main research methods. The research object is National Open University in Genus branch(both Genus Radio and Television University) part of the local college and learning center of distance education learners. We used SPSS 12.0 to process and analysis the research data.
