This study bases on the assumption that exists some variables in regulating their relationship between professional stress and job burnout of preschool teachers,such as the social support.In this paper,the researcher chooses preschool teachers as the research object.The researcher uses the questionnaire survey,and analyzes the data from the results on the One-Sample T Test,One-Way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation statistics to investigate the relationship among the preschool teachers’ job burnout,professional stress and social support.Finally,the pursuer gets the following conclusions:Preschool teachers’ job burnout lies in the medium level,and their diminished personal accomplishment is the most serious;meanwhile,preschool teachers’ professional stress level is not high,but their job responsibility-the reward and the strength of work exist some pressure.The researcher use relevant statistical methods to make further explanation between the job burnout and the professional stress,and get the conclusion is that:preschool teacher’ job burnout and professional stress exist significant differences in following aspects,such as the marital status,the property of their preschool,teachers’ years of working and the monthly income.Besides,the rest part hasn’t significant differences,such as teachers’ academic diplomas,the present class and social status.Preschool teacher’ social support has a good status,the status of subjective support and the using degree of support is well,but the status of objective support isn’t optimistic.There is a significant correlation between job burnout and professional stress of preschool teachers,which indicates that the more their professional stress they have,the stronger the job burnout they feel.Preschool teachers’ professional stress and social support can forecast 31.8% the job burnout.Though regression analysis,the researcher obtains this regression equation:The job burnout = 0.152 the strength of work + 0.191 the management system and the career development + 0.214 the objective support + 0.187 thesubjective support + 0.201 the using degree of support.Preschool teachers’ professional stress affects their job burnout through the adjustment of their subjective support.
