With the rapid development of society,Job burnout is widespread in various industries and has a negative impact on People's daily work and life.Existing studies show that under high pressure,teachers are vulnerable to negative psychological and physical effects,resulting in job burnout.As a member of the teacher group,preschool teachers,due to the particularity of the education object for children,have more complicated work contents,need to assume the responsibility for safety,and face the problem of multiple role transition,which makes preschool teacher group become one of the focus of job burnout research.In this study,265 preschool teachers were selected from different kindergartens in XIAMEN.Job burnout and social support status of preschool teachers were quantitatively analyzed by questionnaire survey.Using STATA 14.0 statistical software,independent sample variance analysis and t-check analysis were performed on relevant data to investigate the relationship between single factor and job burnout.Meanwhile,multiple regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between job burnout of preschool teachers and social support.The results are as follows.1.Occupational burnout of preschool teachers is generally at a medium level.2.Subjective support and the use of subjective support of preschool teachers exceed the theoretical median value,but their objective support is low,and there is a big difference between public kindergartens and private kindergartens.3.Job burnout of preschool teachers is affected by univariate variables,such as teaching age,marriage,education background,professional title and teaching pressure etc.4.Social support of preschool teachers has a significant negative correlation with job burnout,which has a certain predictive effect on job burnout of preschool teachers.Based on the results of quantitative research,this study combines in-depth interviews with preschool teachers to discuss and analyze the relationship between social support and job burnout,and to play a social worker policy advocate role based on social support theory,and propose policy advocacy recommendations.Improve the level of social support for preschool teachers to prevent and alleviate the burnout of preschool teachers.
