| At present, preschool teachers are high risk in professional weary,not only directly harm the physical and mental health of preschool teachers, but also indirectly affect the healthy growth of children. This study examined the preschool teacher gratitude, the relationship between social support and burnout, in order to alleviate burnout preschool teachers, improve the level of mental health of preschool teachers, and promote the healthy growth of young children provide indirect empirical reference.Investigation and Study on 159 preschool teachers,statistical analysis was performed using SPSS20.0.(1)Preschool teachers burnout are obviously differ in marital status, marital status,kindergarten nature, level and scale;(2)Preschool teachers gratitude are obviously differ in kindergarten level and scale;(3)Preschool teachers burnout are obviously differ in marital status, title and kindergarten scale;(4)There is significantly positive correlation in gratitude and social support;There is significantly negative correlation in burnout,gratitude and social support among the preschool teachers.(5)The effect of gratitude on online gaming addiction was partly mediated by social support. |
