Among the most significant components of teaching the Chinese language in a senior high school is composition-writing, which, though, has long been in a very inefficient state. By means of investigating, a great many problems concerning teaching how to write a satisfactory composition are found and listed as follows:A lack of guidance to students’ accumulating writing materials to handle the situation where students have nothing to write in most occasions; A lack of training students’ thinking ability of effectively creating what is needed according to a given request to deal with the situation in which they are unable to write a successful composition; A lack of overall planning consciousness to solve the disordered situation of senior Chinese writing teaching. Meanwhile, the major difficulties in terms of learning exist in large amounts as well, such as having an ambiguous goal of learning Chinese-writing, no enthusiasm for writing, lacking writing materials and never determining the direction of opening up the thoughts, etc.This paper aims to polish up the above situations and explore a series of scientific and effective writing strategies with the purpose of improving the students’ writing levels, strengthening students’ consciousness of integration, adapt to the rapid development of the Information age and therefore promote students’ active development. While students succeed in bettering the ability of expressing, they can also learn to accumulate, integrate, polish and apply, thus making teaching Chinese composition writing more effective.This paper consists of the following chapters:The first chapter deals with the present situation of Chinese composition teaching in senior high school together with the author’s reflection about it. The results of the survey, which is based on a questionnaire about the present situation and the existing problems, are analyzed and concluded on the basis of finding out the connotation of senior composition teaching.In Chapter 2 is included the integration of strategies in teaching senior Chinese composition writing. Firstly the concept is defined, then the theoretical basis is explored and finally the practical significance is clarified.The concrete strategies of teaching senior Chinese composition writing are discussed in Chapter 3. To begin with, the strategy of integrating writing materials will be introduced to help solve the problem of having nothing to write; Then comes the strategy of training the integrated thinking of writing that will basically help solve the problem of students being unable to write; The third is for the student information rich, implementation after making comments integrated feedback strategy;the last one to be talked about is the composition teaching for serialization, implement a series of writing training integration strategy.The last Chapter refers to the assessment of the effects of carrying out the strategies. They are mainly evaluated by commenting on the correction, interviewing the students and analyzing the grades and so on.
