| Disasters increasingly serious, disaster education is particularly important. School is the best place to carry out disaster education, especially in geography. Because geography is the main battlefield of disaster education. But there are many problems in disaster education, because the disaster education is not so long in our country. In the aspect of disaster education, there may be some similarities between rural and urban middle school. However, rural middle school’s education resources and environment are different from urban middle school. So there may be a lot of differences between them. This study aimed to explore the differences between them. And try to put forward some measures to solve the problems of the current situation. In other words, this article summarized the development of disaster education at home and abroad in recent years, explained the definition and theoretical basis of disaster education, putted forward the important significance and principle of disaster education in geography teaching at high school by method of literature investigating. In order to explore the current situation of disaster education in rural and urban middle school. This article designed a disaster questionnaire for middle school’s students and geography teachers. The questionnaire consisted of five aspects, including the knowledge of disaster, the skills prevention and mitigation of disaster, the attitude toward disaster education, the approach and method of disaster education and the influence factors of disaster education. Then discussed and analyzed the differences of disaster education between rural and urban middle school and reasons for the differences by the method of comparison. Finally, putted forward the corresponding countermeasures respectively based on the actual situation of rural and urban middle school to optimize the current situation of disaster education. In a word, this study aimed to give some inspiration and help to geography teaching and promote it implement better. |
