The studies on university students’ professional commitment,learning adaption and learning burnout can help us understand the learning initiatives of the studen-ts. Nowadays, many scholars have researched on university students’ professional commitment, learning adaption and learning burnout. However, the study on the relationships among the three is rare. This thesis does a survey and analyzes the current situation of the professional commitment,learning adaption and learning burnout of the university students;Discusses the relationships among the professional commitment, learning adaption and learning burnout of the university students.The study hopes to provide useful data and reference for the education.The study summarizes the theory of professional commitment,learning adaption, learning burnout and proposed the corresponding research hypothesis,related model by extensive literature review.The thesis uses the university student professional commitment scale and the university student learning burnout scale of Lian Rong et al.and university student learning adaption scale of Zhou Ting Yong et al. for reference. A total of 500 questionnaires has been sent out, of which 422 arevalid, the effective recovery rate is 84%, use SPSS16.0 and AMOS17.0 soft ware to analyze the collected data, status of university students professional commitment, learning adaption,learning burnout at present,discuss the influence of demographic variables on professional commitment, learning adaption, learning burnout, analysis the relation among the three, and then propose the learning burnout management strategies by two aspects of the organization and individuals.This study made the following conclusions:(1) The professional commitment and learning adaption of university students are at better than average level.Learning burnout is at the lower than average lev-el.(2) The professional commitment, learning adaption and learning burnout of university students are different in gender, only child or not, grade.(3) There is significant negative correlation between professional commitment and learning burnout of university students,there is significant negative correlationbetween learning adaption and learning burnout, there is significant positive corr-elation between learning adaption and professional commitment.(4) Through regression analysis, professional commitment to learning burnout has negative prediction effect,professional commitment of emotional commitment and ideal commitment is the main factors influencing the learning burnout;Learn i-ng adaption to professional commitment has positive prediction effect, learning motivation, learning ability, learning attitude has major function to professional commitment;Learning adaption to learning burnout has negative prediction effect, learning motivation has dominant function to relieve learning burnout.(5) Professional commitment has partial mediating effect between learning adaption and learning burnout.
