The reasons why choosing teaching efficiency as this paper’s issue those are from three aspects:one, this problem is closely related to our country’s classroom teaching. Two:this problem is closely linked to the majority of students’ living. Three:the research is determined by reality. As a researcher of this study, I have been thinking about how to improve teaching so that students learn to become effective. As a postgraduate marching towards a future career as a teacher, only finding out the problem, so that I can put the theory into ability which is applied to future professional practice. Moreover, with the in-depth study of classroom teaching efficiency, it is necessary to expand the study itself from an efficiency factor. This is the study’s theoretical and practice significance. Contends of this study is divided into four parts:the first part proposing the introduction of classroom teaching efficiency, then carding the course about the efficiency of classroom study from home and abroad angels and presenting the research results. The second part is to build a research framework. It reveals the reason to construct such a framework and explains the content in it, at last, it analyzes the relationship between the various portions within the framework. The third part is the classroom observations and analysis which recording the teacher and student activities through classroom observations in order to analyze the impact of teacher’s activity on the classroom teaching efficiency. The forth part is the conclusion and recommendation which introducing the research results and putting forwards relevant proposal about teachers’ activity on this base. In the course of this study, it follows such a clue:questions asked; questions analysis; conclusions and recommendations of this study. This paper analyzes the teacher’s activity with the tool of classroom teaching efficiency framework and the evidence of classroom observation record. In conclusion, this study believes that it is one to one relationship between the three aspects on the input and output of class. But all outputs are inseparable from teachers’ and students’ participating in the classroom. Teachers’ and students’ participation determines the degree of the development of students. Conclusions of this study may provide some help and advice for the majority of the teachers’ classroom teaching which aims to improve teaching efficiency and to better develop the students.
