A Research On The Intension Development Of The Secondary Vocational Education

The intension development of the secondary vocational education is a development mode of emphasizing internal factors. Transforming from the extension development of expanding the scale to the intension development of improving the quality is the only way to develop the secondary vocational education hereafter. The intension development of the secondary vocational education is necessary and feasible. It plays an active part in developing the applied and technical personnel, enhancing the secondary vocational education attraction, promoting the sustainable development of the secondary vocational education and building up a modern vocational education system.Taking Z city of Guangdong as an example, the paper elaborates, from the aspects of development scale, management basis, skill training, resources integration and management structure, the basic development of the secondary vocational education in Z city. The paper also discusses the problems and analyzes the reasons of the problems in school work insurance, professional competence, skill training, teaching quality and specialty brand. Finally, from the aspects of ideology, mechanism reform, educational management, teaching staff construction, and specialty brand cultivation and so on, the paper proposes the basic countermeasures to promote the intension development of the secondary vocational education.
