Study On The Regional Development And Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational Education In China

This article mainly through statisiticing the related data of secondary vocational education in Chinese three regions and 31 provinces during 2003~2013 years,such as the number of internal students,new students enrollment,the rate of students from junior high school to senior high school,the proportion of secondary vocational school's internal students and new students enrollment in the period of senior high school,to grasp the development of secondary vocational education in Chinese three regions and 31 provinces.And analyzing the development potential of secondary vocational educational under the influence of junior high school's enrollment rate,per capita GDP,the secondary and service industry,the population and the urbanization rate.On the basis of each province,the three major areas and nationwide,it puts forward the development strategy of secondary vocational education in each province,the three major areas and nationwide relatively.This article required for the original data of the paper comes from Educational Statistics Yearbook of China 2003~2013 and China Statistical Yearbook 2003~2014,based on Statistics and disposal of the required data,the EXCEL work table was established,and the data were calculated and processed,according to the calculation results to make a summary.The development of secondary vocational education is subject to the economic and social,industrial structure and educational development level.The junior high school's enrolment rate,the population size,the per capita GDP,the secondary and the service industry,the population and the urbanization rate(the abbreviation is six sactors)have direct and the biggest influence on the development of secondary vocational education.Based on the comprehensive analysis of six aspects,the countermeasures of secondary vocational education development were put forward in each province,the three major areas and nationwide.The country should make full use of the opportunity of economic development,and constantly increase investment in Vocational Education,take a steady enrollment policy,and expand the scale of students,actively carry out the convergence of higher vocational education,open the space for the growth of talent,Strengthen regional cooperation and achieve balanced development of Vocational Education,and sound legal and regulate system,and implement the policies and regulations.Eastern region need to stable enrollment scale and some provinces need to expand the scale of enrollment,improve the overall level of development,maintain the existing trend and increase the quality of school,doing a good job in Higher Vocational convergence and to adapt to the industrial transformation.Central region encourage joint education and improve the quality of running a school,expand the scale of students and improve the level of the development of secondary vocational education,expand the strength of the development of vocational education and to meet the requirements of industrial transfer in the central region.Western region need to expand the scale of secondary vocational education and improve the rate of junior high school enrollment,create a good external environment and tap the potential of the development of secondary vocational education,to expand the scale of development.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the six factors in every province,it is to get the profit and to avoid the disadvantages,to utilize the advantage to put forward the development countermeasure.
