The College Entrance Examination, as the most important China entrance examination, the test question type and the characteristics of proposition has a profound impact on the tea-ching of middle school. Experiment is the soul of the biological sciences, experimental ability is an important indicator of students’comprehensive abilities. Therefore, how to balance the test and experiment teaching in the existing education system is what every educator should think about.This study analyse the characteristics of experiment examination designs of Col-lege Entrance Examination in Fujian province 2009-2014 biological volume from the test sc-ore distribution, the test range, the form of information representation, the material selection and the contact with social, and summarizes recent years experiment problems, and points out that the change of the value orientation of the proposition. In addition, this study design teac-her questionnaires and student questionnaires to investigate the impact of existing experimen-tal test question setting mode influence on middle school biology experiment teaching, and sums up the existing problems of Fujian province biology experiment teaching, then puts for-ward solutions. This study finally proposes experiment ability strategy of students of senior three, think experiments and exploration experiments design can to a certain extent, promote the improvement of students’ experimental ability.
