Language teaching material not only is the carrier of Chinese curriculum objectives and content, also with Chinese teaching activities between teachers and students. Taiwan and China have a common language and culture, so in the language teaching material content arrangement has a lot in common. The author by using the methods of literature research, comparison method, statistic induction first on both sides of the Chinese curriculum standard about the textbook were analyzed, and two edition of the elementary school language teaching material arrangement in style, content elements selection system, knowledge system, exercise system through the comparative analysis, help reading system. On this basis, the author summarizes on the curriculum target, both sides reflects the emphasis on the students’ ability of language development; On the physical properties, Kangxuan versions more exquisite cover, back cover design artistry; Rendering layouts in the unit, the two version are arranged in the form of unit theme; On the selection system, on both sides and beauty of language as an important principle of selection choose pay attention to choose the theme and style of diversification, and pay more attention to choose among them Kangxuan edition of children’s life; On the ability of knowledge system, are adopted distributed and hidden knowledge system arrangement, Kangxuan version, the use of the centralized, clear type layout; In practice on the system, the o’clock and Kangxuan version emphasized the training of students’ Chinese ability, schools are teaching materials on the design of the practice pays attention to students’ autonomous learning, Kangxuan edition teaching material is more emphasis on training students’ pragmatic competence of solid; On read system, on both sides of the teaching material reflects the diversification of the way to read, but Kangxuan edition textbook illustrations more attention getter.
