The Construction Of Volunteer Service System In Higher Vocational College Campus Culture

The party’s six plenary session of the seventeenth central commitee adopted the "decision" pointed out that, to promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. The report of the 18th national congress of the Communist Party of China put the "cultural construction" as an important part of "one of the five". The Third Penary Session of The eighteenth central commitee put forward that we should deepen the reform of culture system. The fourth Penary Session of The eighteenth central commitee put forward that we should develop volunteer service of law.The Culture reform and prosperity has become the goal of the whole society goal. Volunteer service originated from the west, have been developed in China at present, it is a labor of love and dedication of individual and organization. It is an important part of campus culture in higher vocational college, and has become the key link of the economic and social development. However, the current volunteer service lack of organization and planning. This paper aims to construct the volunteer service system in higher vocational college Campus culture, form a organized and systematic volunteer service.In This research, through to the 500 volunteer questionnaires in the A and B higher vocational colleges and the statistical analysis of them, in according with individual situation and volunteer service types, author summarizes the volunteer service development, compares the difference in volunteer service of different individual situation,finding the main ploblems that affect volunteer service of the higher vocational college is the inernal and external ones. Combined with the analysis and summary of the development situation of volunteer service of the higher vocational college in this research, the author suggests to construct volunteer service system of the higher vocational college by building a good external environment and mesures of rebuilding the spirit,improving the mechanism,depending the activities,prominenting the feature,constructing the micro platform,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the students participate in volunteer service, rich the content of voluntary service, improve the level of voluntary service, deepen the significance of voluntary service.
