With the vigorously development of vocational education in China and the ever-increasing demand of talents with vocational skills in the Pearl River Delta region, the traditional educational concept of “value education over technique” has been greatly challenged. No longer belonging to the scope of the nine-year compulsory education, vocational education should not only participate in the competition of student source, but also improve school’s appeal. How to change the traditional preaching teaching methods and establish more suitable school-running mode of vocational education under favorable national condition is the severe test vocational school is facing. The good news is that the Pearl River Delta region is an economically developed areas with many enterprises. With the precondition of grasping the pulse of the related industry, keeping timely communication with enterprises and cultivating students according to market requirement, the vocational school can improve its competitiveness, education quality and student satisfaction. The titled class jointly of the school-enterprise is generated under this kind of circumstances.This dissertation aims to find the problem in the process of running titled class(the cooperation between Z school and an enterprise) and put forward related suggestions through satisfaction survey. Though improving the teaching programs established in the process of running the school, the way of school-enterprise cooperation and detailed implementing rules of class management, etc. to continually improve student satisfaction and achieve the final goal of improving school competitiveness.In the beginning of this dissertation, I will present the required social environment of this problem research and the reason for researching on this project. After the research direction decided, I further identify the research significance and purpose of this project. Next, on the base of the summary of the basic situation of the school-running model of the Z school-enterprise cooperation titled class and the existing titled class, I will analyze the existing problems in the current situation of satisfaction management. At the same time, applying classical models of ACSI and CCSI, I also establish the student satisfaction evaluation model of the titled class in Z school. Following the thought of AHP, I decompose the elements influencing student satisfaction into detailed evaluative indexes and confirm the weight of each index with the application of Delphi method; then, based on the survey on students’ expectation for the titled class before enrolling at this class and their actual feeling about it after their enrollment, I analyze the data by using the research method of progressive and layer-by-layer analysis, in order to find the existing problems of the titled class jointly of Z school and enterprise. At last, I will use the result of the investigation and analysis as the basis for improving the school-running model of the titled class. In this section, the promotion strategy and concrete suggestions for student satisfaction for the titled class in Z school are put forward, in order to provide worthy theoretical basis for further improving Z school’s competitiveness among secondary vocational school of its own kind, expanding enrollment and improving the employability of the students.
