College students are the backbone of the future social development, colleges and universities is the cradle of training qualified college students. College counselor is an important backbone of college students’ideological and political education, is the organizers and managers of student affairs. The contingent of professional counselors, directly affects the effect of student education management, is to achieve the goal of growth and success of college students. With the continuous development of economic society, also faces many challenges of counselors’construction, professional level is not high, the team is not stable factors affecting functions of counselors play, is not conducive to the all-round development of college students.
