Since the new curriculum reform, there are a lot of studies on the composition proposition, mainly on the college entrance examination papers. But there are few studies on training in composition, let alone studies on training effectiveness. However, whether the composition training is effective or whether the writing skills of students can really get improved, to a large extent, is determined by the validity of the composition proposition. By analyzing data of survey, the author found that there exist many problems such as low validity of composition proposition, not in accord with the actual situation of students, ignoring the important roles of students in writing, rigid forms, unworthy motives and so on. At the same time, the author also found the main reasons for these are the college entrance essay topic oriented, wrong thought of teachers and lack of composition teaching material in high school.In view of this, the purpose of this study is to explore effective training basic index of the composition proposition and put forward some effective strategies of writing training. Taking education, writing and psychology rules as the primary theoretical basis, and under the guidance of the new curriculum, the author finds some effective strategies through practice with the hope of a better guide of the composition proposition, improving teaching effectiveness and the students’ writing ability.
