In the new era and new tasks,the cultivation of sound personality of secondary vocational students has become one of the most urgent and important problems to be solved in secondary vocational education,which puts forward the mission of "imparting knowledge" and "cultivating sound personality" in the teaching of Humanities in secondary vocational culture courses.Combining with the Convention on Students in Secondary Vocational Schools,which was first formulated by the Ministry of Education,and proceeding from the actual physical and psychological age of secondary vocational students,it is pointed out that attention should be paid to the cultivation of personality traits of secondary vocational students,such as correct outlook on honor and disgrace,correct self-awareness,excellent psychological quality and optimistic and stable mood.School education plays an important role in the formation of personality.School education teaches scientific knowledge and healthy personality.The so-called healthy personality should first be a healthy personality,and then on this basis,constantly enrich and improve in order to achieve the perfect process,can be called a sound personality.Therefore,a sound personality is a dynamic process of personality cultivation,which should be pursued unremittingly.Through questionnaires of vocational students in Shandong Culture and Art School,it is found that there are "basic moral qualities,but more emphasis on personal interests","certain self-awareness,but low self-identity","desire for success,but weak willpower","appropriate emotional expression,but can not effectively regulate bad emotions" among Vocational students."Desire to integrate into the collective,but poor interpersonal skills" and other issues.To fulfill the requirements of the Convention on Students in Secondary Vocational Schools and to cultivate the healthy personality of secondary vocational school students,it is necessary to give full play to the educational functions of teachers' personality charm,humanities courses and school environment.History Lesson,as a compulsory humanities subject for secondary vocational students,has rich cultural connotations,especially the personality charm of those historical figures who have morality,feelings,talents and courage to explore and innovate.It can not only give secondary vocational art students a high-level understanding of life,life and the world,but also sublimate their ideological connotation,ideal and belief,sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit.So as to lay a good foundation for the cultivation of modern professionals with sound personality and independent development.The traditional teaching practice of historical figures pays more attention to the moral preaching function of historical figures and neglects the students' subjective identity,which leads to the unsatisfactory teaching effect.Only by fully respecting students' subjective experience and thinking habits can students acquire their recognition in emotion,thinking and methods,and the personality charm of historical figures can truly influence students' psychological activities,ways of thinking and behavior patterns.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the traditional teaching strategies of historical figures.Good teaching effect depends on scientific and reasonable teaching strategies.Taking "extensive reading,solid foundation" as the basic line,taking "melting situation and accepting emotion" as the central axis,taking "shaping personality and strengthening practice" as the high-end line,the teaching practice of historical figures will run through it,ultimately serving to train "people" with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,and build up a "complete" personality-shaping teaching practice system;at the same time,we should pay attention to improving teachers' personality accomplishment.Cultural accomplishment,teaching art,advocating school education management support,fully exploring the teaching of historical figures for the cultivation of sound personality of secondary vocational students,and striving to cultivate useful,useful and contributing professional talents for the country.
