Chinese discipline has two characteristics with the tool and humanity. With the improvement of Chinese education reform in recent years, and the implementation of "Chinese curriculum standard", people pay more and more attention to the students’ dominant role in the teaching class, and have made great progress in the cultivation of students’ independent study. Chinese exercise is an important content in middle school’s Chinese teaching. Rational assignment design can consolidate the effect of Chinese teaching and promote the improvement of students’ Chinese quality. But in the Chinese homework design evaluation, a lot of Chinese teachers still do not have the right idea and lack the scientific understanding for the whole design.This paper will take Changshun Guyang county middle school as an example and will be discussed from the four aspects in ethnic minority’s rural area of the south of Guizhou province about the left-behind students’ Chinese homework problem and relevant countermeasures. The first chapter, the problem of the Chinese textbook of the junior middle school of the people’s education from the perspective of new curriculum standards, the characteristics of the teaching of Chinese language teaching, the characteristics of the people’s education, the conflict between the three aspects of the conflict between the people and the new curriculum. The second chapter, the problem of rural Chinese teachers’ job design. From the target of rural Chinese teachers’ design work, the design of the work does not meet the requirements of the new period and the design work is not fully considered the special nature of the children in three aspects. The third chapter, in Changshun County minority areas to the plight of children learning. From the gap between the left behind children’s learning needs and the needs of life, the education resources left-behind children are analyzed in two aspects. The fourth chapter, to solve the problem of rural left behind children’s homework. The design and evaluation of Chinese homework in middle school are put forward to strengthen family education and give full play to the education function of the school, and the government should create a good educational environment. In order to further promote the significant progress of their studies in the ethnic minority rural areas’ students.
