Qiannan Buyi And Miao Autonomous Prefecture Vocational School Physical Education Teachers’ Research

Along with the development of the policy of "developing the secondary vocational education" and the improvement of the market economy system, the secondary vocational education is in the stage of rapid development. As an important part of the personnel training system, the role of school sports is increasingly prominent. The level of physical education teachers directly affects the quality of the school sports work. Guizhou Province Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of secondary school physical education teachers as the research object, on behalf of the Guizhou Province Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in different areas of the school physical education teachers as the research object, the integrated use of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other methods, the Guizhou Province Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of secondary school physical education teachers basic situation, scientific research, teaching, extracurricular activities, extracurricular sports training, continue to education, treatment and other aspects were investigated. The results showed that the number of physical education teachers, the lack of physical education teachers, the serious shortage of female physical education teachers, the structure of teachers, the age structure is unreasonable, the teachers’ professional title evaluation is difficult.In view of the above problems, the author puts forward: vocational school leaders should emancipate the mind, change ideas, to market need oriented, talent introduction paved the shortcut, pay attention to physical education teachers to education system construction, strengthening the penetration of PE Teachers’ professional knowledge. In order to provide some useful reference for the Guizhou Province, Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture sports teachers’ development.
