| The class teachers in secondary vocational school are teachers who are fully responsible for a class’ s learning,life,ideology and morality.They play irreplaceable roles in promoting the all-round development of students.The survival state of class teachers in secondary vocational school has a direct influence on his working attitude and mode of work.In order to promote the overall development of secondary vocational students,we must pay attention to the survival state of class teachers in secondary vocational school.Taking T secondary vocational school as an example,four class teachers with different gender,teaching age and professional ranks and titles are selected as the research objects.The research starts from the communication between secondary vocational class teachers and students,parents,teachers and school leaders.Each part is divided into three questions:what is the survival state of secondary vocational class teachers? Why do they present such a survival state? How do they deal with this survival state? The research tries to present the three angles of secondary vocational class teachers’ survival state.This paper adopts qualitative research method.The main method of collecting information is interviews and physical analysis and participatory observation as supplements.Finally,the presentation of the survival state of secondary vocational class teachers is from the perspective of the first person.The study shows that the survival state of class teachers in secondary vocational school is not optimistic.From the relationship between class teachers and students and parents,the work of class teachers is tedious and trivial,which leads them a busy life and a decline quality of their life.The characteristics of secondary vocational students,the problem students and their parents,and class teacher’s own factors make class teachers feel hard,painstaking and laborious.The pressure and job burnout of class teachers in secondary vocational school are common,but the performance degree of class teachers at different age stages is different.The class teachers in the secondary vocational school does have the moment of happiness and achievement,but the work of class teachers is more lighting himself and illuminating others.From the relationship between the class teachers and the other teachers,the teachers’ help to class teachers is limited,but class teachers understand most of the teacher’s behavior which only reflecting problems not solving problems.Only a few teachers who do not reflect problems and do not solve problems will make class teachers feel dissatisfied.From the communication between the class teachers and the leaders,the class teachers then feel worried and helpless and chilling.From the experience to the school system of the class teachers,class teachers think that the related system is not sound enough,so that make them have different opinions and heart-broken.The reasons why class teachers have such state are from objective factors and subjective factors.The objective factors are that vocational students of lower quality,some parents not cooperating,the unproper way of leaders’ management,unreasonable school management system and limitation of class teachers’ professional level and experience.The subjective factor is class teachers’ conscience and responsibility.By the process of mutual interaction,objective factors and subjective factor affect the survival state of class teachers together.In order to improve survival state of class teachers,we need to start from the objective factors,including reform allowances system to motivate class teachers to work better,try to set full-time class teachers to reduce the burden of work,strengthen the school-based training to improve class teachers’ professional level,improve the school system to protect the rights of the teachers,strengthen scientific and humanization management to improve the efficiency of the class teachers. |
