Weight training is the use of cycling as a training bodyweight resistance training performed an iterative method, one of the most primitive form of strength training, training to use multiple sets of muscle groups. Body weight circuit training(seven minutes workout method) first appeared in the American College of Sports Medicine ACSM(American college of sports medicine) on the Office of the journal, they studied 12 kinds of simple and effective workout movements. Only need a chair, a wall, were seven minutes of workout, you can easily complete. Seven minutes workout method is hands jumping from the side, back wall vigil squat, push-ups, lunge quickly replace, flat hands squat up and down stairs, high leg, elbow support core exercises his back backstay(stairs), the core of the side show of hands, sit-ups, 12 kinds of ship movements back training actions.
