With the rapid development of china ’ s ecomic, secondary vocational education ushered in good development opportunities especially rural secondary vocational education had a very good room for development, and it had trained a large number of talents for the development of rural economy and society.But it is still faced with many problems in the process of its development,incduing rural secondary vocational students of minority areas being disgusted with schooling is a serious problem.To properly handle this problem has a significant benefit on the development of rural secondary vocational education, the problem of “agriculture rural areas and farmers” and the healthy and continuous development of rural economy and society of our country.In view of this,the author took weining yi hui miao secondary vocational school as an example,discussed the problem of minority areas rural secondary vocational students being disgusted with schooling.(1) From the survey I found that nearly thirty percent students have different levels of school-weary psychology and behavior, mainly reflected in the content of what they have learned, class assignments, fear of learning and classroom learning behavior and so on. Through the survey I also found that the proportion of professional backbone teachers and senior-titled teachers in the school is relatively small, teachers’ teaching thoughts and teaching modes are old, and the curriculum is not scientific.(2) The main reasons why Weining Yi Hui Miao secondary vocational school students being disgusted with schooling are: students’ personal reasons mainly include that many students’ cultural foundation is relatively poor, they don’t have clear learning objectives and lack of learning motivation, and they think reading is useless and himself is not the talent of studying; The main reasons of school are that teachers’ old education idea and traditional education thinking, the poor and weak conditions of rural secondary vocational school; Other reasons mainly include the social and family reasons.(3) In view of the situation and causes of rural secondary vocational students’ collective being disgusted with schooling, the solutions to the problem are: to strengthen the publicity, change broad ordinary people’ views of secondary vocational education, create a high quality of professional teachers, reform and make innovation on the existing curriculum, innovate the mode of schooling and teaching and do our best to to improve secondary vocational students’ learning enthusiasm.(4) Through the research on students’ collective disgusted with schooling, I also found that: the rural secondary vocational students influenced by social environment in their childhood, their education situation at the very start, interpersonal and teaching situation; By respecting them, communicating with them with sincerity, caring for and helping them in real life and encouraging them in learning life, we can help the students who are disgusted with schooling to rediscover the confidence and determination.
