Secondary vocational education has always been the focus of national education,in the country to vigorously develop secondary vocational education and even through the form of tuition waiver to encourage secondary vocational students to complete their studies,but the phenomenon of dropout is still not resolved,which seriously affects the normal development of secondary vocational education in China.In rural areas,the number of girls who drop out of school at the secondary level is very high,and the reasons for their dropout vary.This paper is to study the three rural areas through qualitative research methods of female students,the impact and constraints of their drop-out of school factors to explore and analyze,so as to solve the problem of secondary school girls drop out of school in rural areas to put forward some recommendations.This paper uses a case study method,selected the middle school drop-out girls in Panjiashan village of Wangcheng Town,Changsha City,Hunan Province,as a research object,through the investigation and in-depth excavation and analysis of the reasons for their drop-out,the process of dropping out of school,the key events of school dropout,family status,performance in school,friends circle situation,mood after dropping out of school,Where to go after dropping out of school and your plans for the future.This article records three cases,namely,Chen Ping's drop-out story,Liu Jia's drop-out story and Qi Yi's drop-out story.This paper adopts Bronfinbrenner's ecosystem theory as a support,and holds that the reason that affects the drop-out of middle-school girls in rural areas is the process of their living environment interacting with each other.The drop-out of middle-school girls in rural areas is a dynamic process in which students interact with individual factors,family factors,school factors and social factors.Thus,the factors affecting the drop-out of secondary school girls in rural areas are divided into three systems: 1.microsystem: drop-out party system;Based on this,the reasons for affecting and restricting the drop-out of secondary school girls in rural areas are analyzed.In the end,based on the reasons affecting the drop-out of secondary school girls in rural areas,this paper puts forward some suggestions for solving them from four aspects.The most important thing is to avoid secondary vocational girls for personal reasons to choose to drop out of school,on this basis,we should pay attention to the family environment and family education of secondary vocational girls,improve the education and management system of schools,at the same time,the community should also support secondary vocational education,pay attention to secondary vocational education.
