School enterprise cooperation as a kind of pattern of running school, in recent years has been widely recognized in higher vocational colleges, and obtained the full development, the cooperation mode also from the teaching content is single cooperation, development to both the University and the enterprise in personnel, funds, equipment, teaching, scientific research and technical services and other aspects of all-round cooperation.The author takes Qinhuangdao vocational and Technical College as the research subject, analyzes the present situation of the college counselor performance appraisal, pointed out the existing problems, further through the use of the practice of innovation of basic theory of human resources management, from the perspective of performance appraisal for the quality assessment of university counselors work in-depth analysis, according to the specific work of the school and the instructor of the situation, combined with the school running mode of school enterprise cooperation, combination of engineering, the counselor performance appraisal and management of the targeted building.Based on analyzing the existing problems of the vocational college counselors performance assessment, based on the instructor quality comprehensive evaluation in higher vocational colleges, mainly from the systematic, hierarchical, targeted and relevant aspects of counselors in higher vocational colleges should have the quality of peeling, decomposition and research. By using the method of investigation, literature method and logic analysis method for counselors to discover and summarize the main points of the core quality. In science as the cornerstone, combined with the actual work of counselors in Qinhuangdao Institute of Technology, finally get the accord with the actual work of counselors of Qinhuangdao Institute of Technology evaluation system of effective construction measures.
