The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that China must adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,take the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and socialist modernization as its overall tasks,and finally realize the goal of building a country of socialist modernization in China,and build China into a prosperous,democratic,and democratic country.Civilized,harmonious modern power.The document of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)states that the realization of national modernization needs to be based on the realization of education modernization in China's education.The realization of national modernization cannot be separated from the contribution of modern talents.The modernization education of colleges and universities undoubtedly plays a significant role in education and human resources.The guarantee for the steady advancement of higher education in China on the road of a strong educational country must rely on a scientific and standardized system.Referring to the basic composition of the faculty and staff of higher education institutions in China,there are no more than full-time teachers,teaching assistants,administrative staff and counselors.The division of labor at the beginning of each position was clear and the responsibilities were clear.With the development of the social age and the development of the education era,the duties of counselors have gradually expanded,and shoulder-to-shoulder and part-time positions are common in various colleges and universities.Due to unclear job responsibilities,problems related to work efficiency and work performance are frequent.Building a strong team of college counselors in higher education,counselors' salary,job title promotion,career development and business specialization have become the focus and difficulty of college personnel management.The scientific and effective counselor performance appraisal management system established for the characteristics of college counselors is a powerful tool in solving the problems found so far.This paper combines the comprehensive investigation and research on the performance appraisal of CX college counselors,and through the relevant theories and practices of education development and management in colleges and universities at home and abroad,using literature survey method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and other methods to understand CX Academy.The counselor's satisfaction with the performance appraisal system of the college's counselor position at the current stage,and the problems revealed by the satisfaction survey results were analyzed.Under the premise of investigating the strategic development of the CX Academy,the counselor's performance appraisal system indicators were carried out.Improve research,use AHP to determine the weight of performance appraisal indicators,and reflect the comprehensiveness and diversity of counselor performance appraisal.Relevant institutional measures were put forward to ensure the effective implementation of the improved counselor performance appraisal system,and proposed to change and improve the management mechanism and concept of CX college counselor performance appraisal.The improved performance evaluation system of counselors has effectively improved the performance management of counselors and improved the fit of counselors' performance appraisal and college development.It also has certain reference value for the construction and implementation of the performance appraisal system of independent colleges.
