| With the process of modernization becomes comprehensive and deepening in Jiangsu, the contradiction between modernization needs and human resources is gradually highlights. In this article, through the objective analysis of the status of Jiangsu modernization process and the present condition of the talent resources, some problems will be founded and objective analyzed by combining the relevant talent bonuses, modernization theory and experience at home and abroad. Finally, the path policy suggestions will interpret for those problems and challenges which are in the field of talent in Jiangsu.At first, this paper from two aspects of talent bonuses and modernization comb systematically research on related theory, Not only to build theoretical foundation, but also combing the existing research to find the practice feasibility from theoretical level. On the basis of literature review, this paper respectively from modernization and the talent resources in Jiangsu to discuss and to interpret the current situation, problems and existing gaps between them and planning goals. On this ground, based on the core dynamic mechanism of modernization, paper respectively from the innovation drive, internationalization and new industrialization three perspectives to build and explain the talent bonus effect path of Jiangsu modernization process. Moreover, combined with the experience of developed countries and regions at home and abroad development, put forward the path selection criteria. Eventually to make some constructive and operational policy recommendations for entire Jiangsu, southern Jiangsu, middle and northern Jiangsu respectively.As an emerging hot theory, this paper organic connecting the talent bonuses theory with practical needs, hopes to provide a new perspective for talent bonuses theory research and talent works development practice and also to provide some reference to the follow-up work for Jiangsu and national modernization construction and talent works. |
