This paper study on the human capital to the manufacture industries of China under the trend of aging, in order to find the way to obtain new groth bonus-the human capital dividend. As we all know, without relative advantage of cheap laborer, China did not have rapid economic development. While with the fast aging trend, the labor costs is rising day by day. Meanwhile, the third Science and Technology Revolution is coming, with the development of highly intellectualized and digitized manufacture industries, many developed countries have taken actions, in order to realize re-industrialization. Nowadays, manufacture industries of China face a set of challenges, it means that it is the time to take action and upgrade the structure of manufacture industries. Human capital is the vehicle of technical progress, which can make the upgrading a reality. A lot of studies start their research from technological progress and innovation, resources and energy saving, the change of system and managing, the change of organization, the change of production and industrial convergence, but a few consider the relationship between human capital and manufacturing upgrading. Based on the perspective of human capital, the paper firstly carry out a descriptive analysis of the aging trend, the situation of community human resources and manufacturing. Then on theory analysis basis, the conduction path and mechanisms of human capital to manufacturing upgrading are obtained. At the same time, making empirical tests on panel data and the cross-sectional data, it can get quantitative analysis of human capital and the upgrading of manufacturing. It is suggested that (1) in the term of22manufacturing industries, it is better for the workers who can be able to make scientific research and be more innovative to be good for the upgrading of manufacturing, meanwhile, the optimization of export structures can also have positive effect on human capital which may give impetus to industrial transformation and upgrading by reversed transmission.(2) For labor-intensive industries, human capital accumulating experience continually from knowledge spillovers, learning by doing is more to promote its transformation and upgrading. As for the capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries, the ability to carry out R&D and innovation in human capital will better promote the transformation and upgrading of its. However, the export structure optimization and interaction of human capital also have an impact on the two-intensive industries.(3) From different educational levels of human capital, the more educated, the more human capital investment and accumulation, the more favorable manufacturing transformation and upgrading, while, as the level of education increases, its interactions with foreign trade are more obvious and bigger. |
