Cambodia’s original teaching mode is similar to the Chinese teaching mode in middle and primary schools, and Cambodian used to speak Chinese as their first language for teaching. But due to the suppression in the Khmer rouge period, Chinese language education is caught a fault for 20 years, so that the modern Cambodian Chinese skill is not as good as ever before. Thus, the former teaching mode which takes Chinese as the first language, is not suitable for them anymore. The traditional teaching mode of Chinese education got a lot problems for failing to keep pace with the times. In the process of searching related papers, the author found that most of the predecessors’ research is based on the general situation of Chinese language education in Cambodia, but without the situation of Chinese teaching. In order to understand Chinese school situation clearly, the author thinks that it is necessary to investigate and analyze the teaching mode and management of the livelihood middle school.According to the present situation for Chinese education teaching mode in Cambodia, this paper shows the teaching mode and management problems for Chinese language teaching in Cambodia by questionnaire survey between the teachers and students deep analysis for Chinese education situation and teaching management in livelihood middle school in Cambodia. At the same time, this paper also puts forward related suggestions for livelihood middle school’s serious situation in Chinese education.
