Cooperative teaching is called team teaching.Arose in the late 1950 s of America.Nowadays in the middle schools of South Korea, most Chinese teaching mode is cooperative teaching: the native Chinese teacher and the Korean Chinese teacher are division of labor,take advantage of their own strengths and together complete the Chinese teaching.The author teaches at Naju middle school in Jeollanam-do of South Korea from March 1,2014 to January 31,2015, cooperating with the school Korean Chinese teacher to teaching Chinese in the front line.In order to teach Chinese more reasonable,effective, after more than seven months teaching practice, the questionnaire survey of Chinese classes has been carried on to investigate the students’ interest in learning, learning difficulties and the advantages and disadvantages of cooperative teaching.According to the survey,we found the problem in division of labor in teaching, the proportion of teaching and practice,and classroom expression. In view of this, we proposed the “divide” “collaborate”and “based upon students”teaching strategies, meanwhile improved the alternately leading mode.At the same time,we designed a teaching plan about one lesson in Daily Chinese.This article is divided into five chapters altogether:Chapter1 is introduction.This chapter present the studies on the origin, the propose and summarize of relative researches. Chapter2 is the cooperative teaching summarize,including the definition,classification,the advantages and limitations and so on. Chapter3 is the introduction of Chinese teaching current situation of Naju middle school in South Korea and the generalization of the main mode of cooperative teaching in South Korea middle school Chinese class.Chapter4 is by investigate questionnaire to survey condition of students learning Chinese,the satisfaction of Chinese cooperative teaching in students,and the students’ views and suggestions about Chinese cooperative teaching.We put forward our concept of teaching strategies and design one Chinese teaching plan.Chapter5 is the statement of conclusion about Chinese cooperative teaching strategy in middle school of South Korea.
