Mr.Qian Liqun, research in Xun Lu and Zuoren Zhou, is a famous humanist. since he involved in the reform of Chinese education in middle school in the end of the century, he put forward a series of instructive papers aiming at the present situation of Chinese education. Based on the teaching practice and research during his 50-years career, The thought of "people", he roposed, is the core of education and has the guiding significance for teaching practice. This paper mainly introduces the thought of Chinese education from the perspective of theory and Practice and elaborates the implication of the thought of Linqun Qian on Chinese education based on practice and ideological. In theory, this article analysis the essence of educational thought of "man" on the basis of background of the fromation of the concept of Chinese education. In practice, this article analysis the ractice of Chinese teaching in high school under the guidance of reading and writing thought in the education thought of Liqun Qian. Finally, this article presents the elightenment of Mr. Qian Liqun language education thought to Chinese teaching.
