In bilingual teaching, especially in the bilingual teaching of mathematics,foreign countries started early, China started late, especially in remote areas such as Xinjiang starts later. The common life of Xinjiang as a multi-ethnic place, over the years, because of historical, geographical, economic and other factors, Xinjiang Uygur and other ethnic minorities in general form mixed, small settlement,settlement of high degree of residential characteristics of individual regions. But,because of all ethnic groups in the population difference is bigger, the formation of the language environment are quite different, the scope of the distribution of different,. With the development of city to speed up, the language environment differences of Xinjiang residents more and more exposed. The influence of each nationality bilingual teaching is a different language environment. In such a social background, the evaluation of Ethnic Bilingual Education in Xinjiang must take the bilingual education, especially linked social language cultural ecological environment of bilingual mathematics education of the school and classroom with the surrounding.Bilingual teaching mode is divided into three kinds: one is the immersion teaching method, namely the national common language is an important language in the classroom, the national common language completely by the standard of teaching.Two is the transitional bilingual teaching method, seize the opportune moment and the natural use of national common language spoken practice teaching, is a natural combination of Chinese teaching model. Three is the maintenance of mother tongue teaching method, namely to mother tongue teaching mainly, use a little national common language. This model conforms to the student with the national common language degree in teaching activities in the class.Through the discovery of according to the investigation and study of wood hole provided in the high school, bilingual mathematics education in Yecheng County,although have begun to universal, but in the level of teachers are mainly teachers’ professional level is limited, the cause of the treatment is not good, professional awareness is not enough; for students, learning attitude is not good enough, the problem of students resource and so on; in the aspect of teaching material, no reasonable teaching material compiling and teaching material, problem is not mature enough; while in the aspect of school management, the classroom of multimedia technology has not been popularized, reward and punishment system is not a force ofteachers;bilingual environment coupled with rural is not good enough, so the bilingual teaching of mathematics in Yecheng county carry out some difficulty.The final survey results after implementation of analysis, through to find the factors now has retained problems, put forward the education to guide the students to fully understand the necessity of transformation, and learn the importance of bilingual concept, strengthen the training of teachers, to create a bilingual environment, strengthen training etc..
