Under the new historical conditions, facing the new situation of education development, quality education is becoming more and more by the society, parents and students pay great attention to today, classroom teaching way change into schools, teachers, students and parents are the focus of attention. The previous teaching mode restricted the students initiative and creativity. In the traditional classroom teaching, more attention force-feeding teaching mode, to achieve the purpose of exam-oriented education, forcing students in the learning process in a passive position. Therefore, in order to accord with the requirement of improving students’ comprehensive quality, conforms to the social demands for talents, only by strengthening the curriculum reform to improve students’ learning autonomy and creativity, so as to achieve effective interaction between teachers and students to achieve the goal of teaching. This kind of teaching mode is an interactive teaching mode.In the teaching process of middle school moral character, the most important thing is that through the guidance of teachers let students to acquire knowledge, let the students to produce perceptual knowledge to knowledge, and understanding of theoretical knowledge in-depth. Aiming at knowledge questions in class, discussion and summary, so that the students can set up the correct outlook on life in the interaction in teaching and learning, values, world view, let the students to better understand life, learn to master knowledge, internalized in heart, outside into action.Interactive teaching mode, therefore, requires the roles between teachers and students in middle school’s moral character conversion more frequently, make classroom atmosphere active, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching.Only effectively will be the enthusiasm of teachers and students to fully mobilize and interact with each other, to make teachers and students in moral character give full play to their role in the teaching process, and thus achieve the goal of high school ideological and moral education teaching.
