| With the introduction of quality education, the implementation of a new round of the new curriculum reform, "Effective Learning" concept is more and more concerned for domestic scholars and practitioners. Our traditional education is combined with teacher-centered, notably teacher’s teaching process rather than the students’ learning process, which leads to some inefficient and ineffective learning. So is the primary education. Because of this, the effective learning becomes the difficult and hot issues in the teaching field after the effective teaching.This paper, directed the "Yan’an City primary students learn effectively questionnaire " and interview outline, selects four grades as research object,including 400 students, 25 teachers in the primary school.the by and of the status. And it surveys the current situation and analyses problems of Yan’an primary lower students’ effective learning on insufficient knowledge and independent thinking by questionnaire method and interview survey. These problems are that the lower students do not build a clear understanding of the learning goals, form a correct view of learning, have interest in learning or develop good learning habits, do not have active participation in the classroom either. On the other hand, these students’ learning methods are so single that they cannot learn effectively. In response to these problems, the paper analyzes the reasons systematically from three aspects: on learning readiness for age-related factors and life experiences; on the learning process for the constraints of the lower students’ cognitive, emotion and behavior; on learning outcomes for the constraints of students, teachers, schools, and society. Finally, the paper, based on the effective learning theory, proposes some relevant effective learning strategies of primary lower grades, including the basic guidelines, improvement strategies and safeguard mechanism. The main strategies are grasping the guidelines of effective learning, mastering learning methods, arranging the learning time reasonably, developing good learning habits, creating problem situations to stimulate interest in learning, proper praise and feedback. The external security conditions are optimizing management, strengthening teacher training, establishing home-school cooperation and so on. |
