A Study On Parental Support Strategies For Promoting Online Learning Among Junior Primary School Students

The sudden new crown epidemic has promoted the development of online education,online learning has become an inevitable trend,and it is more urgent to improve the quality of online education in the post-epidemic era.Online learning is originally a direct support for students,but the junior primary school students are young,autonomous learning ability and autonomous management ability is poor.In order to ensure the effect of online learning,it is necessary to play the role of parents.Improve parents’ ability to provide support services and make parents do better.This paper discusses how to provide support for parents and then promote parents to support students’ online learning.The common goal of teachers and parents is to improve students’ online learning effect.Firstly,the related studies of online learning,home-school cooperation,parent support and parent-child relationship are evaluated in the literature analysis,and the theory of adult pedagogy,self-directed learning,influence superposition area theory,motivation expectation theory,educational ecology theory and distance education support service theory are introduced as the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,the basic situation of parents participating in children’s online learning and parental support in ZW primary schools in AY city were investigated.The survey found that parents’ online learning management ability needs to be improved,parents’ online learning guidance lacks professionalism,students and parents need psychological support,and students and parents need technical support.Thirdly,the parent support strategy for the online learning of lower primary school students is designed.Combined with relevant theories and existing problems,parental support strategies are put forward from four aspects : management support,academic support,psychological support and technical support.During the process of parents participating in the online learning of junior students in primary school,teachers,teaching platforms and other parents have support for their parents,including management support,academic support,psychological support and technical support.Promote student online learning by supporting parents.Finally,the practice of parent support strategy for online learning of junior primary school students is carried out.Based on the "nail" platform,the author carries out the online teaching of second grade mathematics,taking the students’ learning effect as the main analysis index,combining with the parents’ investigation and the parents’ online interview,to verify the effect of the strategy.The practical results show that the parent support strategy proposed in the study can effectively improve the ability of parents to provide support services for their children’s online learning and improve the effect of online learning for junior students.
