In the late 80’s of last century, scholars in our country did a lot of research on the basketball, which was showing explosive development. According to incomplete statistics, the research literature related to basketball has reached more than twenty thousand articles so far, and it is enough to know people ’s emphasis on basketball. However, the research literature about the "basketball team cohesion" is less than 100. In this paper, we analyze and discuss on the basketball team cohesion through using the advanced theory of dissipative structure theory in physics by the method of literature, consultation, comparative analysis method, experimental method, and other scientific processing method, in which not only the basketball team cohesion impact factor has been studied, but also its performance characteristics in the theory of dissipative structures are discussed. Finally, we verify the conclusion is by the experimental method. We know that team cohesion is a disorderly state far from equilibrium, while after changing the entropy flow, it becomes into a stable and orderly state. We cite Ma Desen’s basketball team cohesion factor structure model and Groups Environment Scale of Carron to measure the team cohesion, and combined with practical, we work out a suitable theoretical basis used in this article to provide support for papers, hoping to provide follow-up support for the development of this theory " basketball team cohesion."The theory of dissipative structure is representative of the New Three Theories, and is an important basis for the modern theory and method of scientific research. During the study of the major disciplines, many areas have introduced the theory of dissipative structures, and even have a certain scientific research. In 1980, sports scholars in our country used the theory into the sports field for the first time. So far, scholars in the field of sports also have used it to solve a lot of sports issues, and proved that the theory of dissipative structures can be applied in the field of sports. During the study of sports science, the scholars make full use of the characteristic of the theory of dissipative structure, such as nonlinear, openness, far from equilibrium, the entropy of fluctuation,etc. This is the first that we attempt to refer it to the study of basketball team cohesion, and through empirical research, we get the following conclusions:1. The empirical results show that the dissipative structure theory can be used in the basketball team cohesion.Through the control of the experimental group members’ cohesion impact factor, We find that there are differences between the 4 dimensions of group factors in determining the value of the four dimensions, and the measured values are changing, so the experiment reached the final effect.2. In the process of experiment, we know that during control of the experimental group of basketball team cohesion factor, measurement of team cohesion has changed. After examination and analysis of the actual situation, we finally sort out the theory of dissipative structures for the basketball team cohesion, and the use of entropy theory of dissipative structures to test and measure cohesion.3. Through statistics and references of literature we know that basketball team cohesion contains 4 important primary influence factor, which are personal factors, team factors, leadership factors, environmental factors four important level. In the evaluation process, the values are measured on the four indicators :group task to individual attraction, group communication to individual attraction, group task consistency, group communication consistency, as the experimental control of reference.4. Based on the use ofthe theory of dissipative structures in Basketball Team Cohesion,we should ensure that the impact of the basketball team cohesion’s openness, nonlinearity, fluctuation mechanism factor, far from equilibrium and other features. Application of the dissipative structure theory of entropy flow should be combined with the actual situation of the basketball game in the process of analysis to determine the change of entropy flow.5. Through the research, we use the theory of dissipative structures, and through the intervention to intervene the impact factors in a basketball team cohesion, then we calculate the change of team cohesion. And through the study we know that, in order to make the team cohesion value increase, it will be applied to the dissipative structure theory in the method of reducing the entropy flow to make the basketball team cohesion value change.(1)By reducing the total entropy and the creation of team cohesion’ stability, we can:①Improve their professional skills on personal factors;②Reduction of tactical innovation on leadership factor;③Equal pay for equal work on environmental factors.(2) Increase the total entropy flow so as to make the system toward the new equilibrium development of team cohesion.①On personal factors, we need not only to the introduction of all-star players but also to improve the individual’s skills and tactics.②Coach should make the tactics combined with the actual on leadership factors.③The reasonable control of environmental factors. According to the theory of Dialectics of nature, things are evolving, so is the relative balance system. Whether to increase or decrease the entropy flow is positive in team cohesion.
