From The Perspective Of Dissipative Structure Theory To Research College Internet Public Opinions Administration

Now, college network public opinion has been a new environment, a new position and a new carrier for the development of college and university ideological and political education. It is a new project to manage and make good use of the network public opinion to enhance current ideological and political education."Dissipative Structure Theory"as the effective research method in many other subjects is my thory base and angle to research the managemengt of college network public opinion.The research aims to insight into its characteristics, laws, manage experience and countermeasures. I will do my best to find sally port in terms of perspective and analytical process as well as conclusion, which can provide reference for the study and management, also adapts to the demands of the time.In addition, it is helpful to optimize the education environment, control new education positions and expand education carrier.The article is divided into four parts. In the first part, this article set forth the connotation, characteristics and impact of the dissipative structure theory, as well as the composition and characteristics of the college network public opinions.then, the relations among the ideological and political education, the university network public opinions, and the dissipative structure theory were demonstrated.In the second part, the article analyse the characteristic and evolution rules of dissipative structure in the university network public opinions. The university network public opinions’boundary of dissipative structure is defined. Then, a view that college internet public opinions is not only owns the dissipative structure’s features, such as open, nonlinear, fluctuation order but also follows its self-organized changing rules is formed.In the third part, the article take the new perspective to look into some cases on college internet public opinions management to find some common problems and individual experience. Firstly, it is common problems. For example, the managers’value is trapped in equilibrium so it can’t meet the open demand. The practice ignores the law by blocking rather than dredging. It lacks professional dredging power to conduct its health development. Secondly, the management mechanism is not complete to have a positive nonlinear function. Among these cases, some are beneficial. Such as reasonable excuse and coordinated response, flexible guiding and homeopathy management, as well as carrying forward the theme and occupying the commanding heights.In the fourth part, the article puts forward some measures,which is inspired by "Dissipative structure theory". First of all, administrator have to develop modern network public opinion management thought, and foster the position consciousness, open awareness, management awareness and counseling awareness of public opinion management positions. Then, complete some mechanisms, including joint coordination mechanism, practical operation mechanism, team construction mechanism, material and technical supporting mechanism. Finally, detailing concrete ways, such as strengthening conduct, building up the evaluation, reacting quickly, responding positively.
