The new curriculum reform of the teaching emphasis should be student-centered, it aims to promote the developments of students personally, sustainably and comprehensively, it should teach them how to learn.. However, In the current teaching, most of the students dependence is strong, the lack of the intrinsic motivation of learning, the lack of good habits of autonomous learning; The master of students learning methods and ability can not get development, students’ personality is not fully display, students’ learning efficiency is low.The flip-classroom, new teaching mode insists on the idea that “learning first, teaching after” and “learning conditions should be taken into consideration when we teach”, broke the traditional teaching method to study the limit of time and space. In order to enhance learning efficiency, learners can control their own process according to their unique learning style and ability. It helps to raise the high school student’s learning ability, develop their good study habits and improve the class efficiency.After doing extensive reading of the relevant theories of flip-classroom mode, uniting high school physics teaching practice, taking the example of “electromagnetism” and adopting many research methods such as literature research, empirical research, case study, questionnaire and interviews, the author of this article evaluates the application effects of flip-classroom teaching mode from different sides and levels, and finally constructs the high school physics teaching mode based on the concept of flip classroom.The author of this article designs a corresponding high school physics teaching case, in the process of practice, the author also examines the application effects of flip-classroom teaching mode on high school physics, strives to explore a high school physics teaching mode with school itself culture after gradual modification and enhancement, provides reference for the application study of flip-classroom teaching mode in the future.This paper includes four parts. The first part is the introduction, the main content is the selected topic’s background, research purposes, meaning, the present situation of flip-classroom research both at home and abroad, the research content, research method and the feasibility analysis; The second part is the related theory explanation of flip- classroom teaching mode, it introduces the flip-classroom teaching mode concept and some related theory foundations, proposes to build a high school physics teaching mode based on flip classroom; The third part is the design and practice research of flip-classroom teaching mode, applying flip-classroom teaching mode to high school physics and combining with middle school physics, which designs and puts into practice three teaching cases. According to the research of teaching situations and analysis of questionnaire, it concludes that both teachers and students prefer this new teaching mode, the mode lights the sparks of students’ learning passions, strengthens students’ autonomous learning ability, cultivates the ability of cooperative learning and also helps to improve the teaching effects; The last part is the retrospection of the achievements and insufficiency and the future prospects of flip-classroom teaching mode.
