The knowledge economy era of making lifelong education has been attached great importance to the community, and community education is an effective way to achieve lifelong education is the best carrier socialized education, and its full, comprehensive advantages of the maximum to meet educational needs of different groups of people. Our community education started late, and community education development in rural areas is slow. 2008, "the CPC Central Committee decision on rural reform and development of several major issues," pointed out: "the strong run of rural education, the development of rural education, promote educational equity and improving their scientific and cultural quality, foster educated, skilled, business the new farmers. " the " decision " to indicate the direction of reform and development in rural areas, but also creates opportunities and conditions for the development of rural education community.From the microscopic point of view, the new rural communities to improve farmers’ cultural quality education, knowledge, skills, training new farmers and enhance their competitiveness in the social development; from a macro perspective, the new rural community education to develop human resources in rural areas, enhanced one important way to a new spirit of rural culture, and promote the harmonious development of the rural economy and political culture, at the same time, the new rural community education also accelerate urban and rural, urban and rural break system. How to implement new education for sustainable development in rural communities, the establishment of learning in rural communities, it is an important issue in building a new socialist countryside, but also to promote the economic development of rural transformation is one important way to accelerate the urbanization construction.In this paper, theoretical analysis and empirical research to take a combination of methods to educate management and rural community education theory, research development community education to new rural construction in the background.
