The system of class supervisor was carried out generally in various schools of our country. The head teacher is not only the teacher who imparts knowledge and solves doubts but also is at the forefront to organize and manage the teaching and service for students. Their influence of the school is greatest among the students and they are the backbone of the school. The moral knowledge, working enthusiasm, teaching ability and skill and personal charisma have a decisive role in the development of educational qualityFor the age structure and other characteristics of the students in secondary vocational school, the teacher’s role is also decisive. However, in the case of deeply transformation of China and the trend of the rapid development of Vocational Education, there are some deficiency and shortcomings in the actual work of the head teacher.It is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of the head teachers in secondary vocational school through systematic and general training, which has caused the attention of the education department and the secondary vocational school’ at present, so many provinces have carried out the different levels and forms of the training on head teachers from secondary vocational schools. The author considers this training must also continue being improved,innovated in its content and form, so that it is more suited to the requirements of head teachers, and explore the mechanism of training for long-term sustainable development.How to solve the problems of head-teacher training is also the focus that seniority,teachers and colleagues in the filled of secondary vocational education are concerned with.On the foundation of outlining and drawing on relevant experience at home and abroad, the study focus on the further research on the head teachers with different qualifications in the secondary vocational school in Yantai of Shandong province, get the information about their working conditions, the educational ideas and methods, the views and requirement for training for head teachers and so on and find the gap and the problems with the tendency in training for head teachers in secondary vocationalschools.And then, it is devoted to analyzing the problems and putting forward countermeasures in order to provide glimpses of the truth for the government, school leaders and experts, to improve and perfect the content and form of the training head teachers in secondary vocational schools, develop effective and practical training programmes and long-term mechanism, provide personal views and proposals for training head teachers in secondary vocational schools in the future and training and to make the own modest to cultivate qualified and excellent the group of the head teachers in secondary vocational schools.
