Parents are the most intimate persons after the children came to the world. It is obvious that parents will make a huge influence on children that others can not match.Parents play an important role in the creation of the character. Family education plays an important role in the education of the children, so the parents school came into being. Parents school can help parents master the correct talent and education concept through the parents school, which is a great help to the child’s right and happy growing.Based on the importance of the parent school, this thesis studies the situation of West primary parents school of Qingyang street, Fushan District, Yantai City to find the status of parents school of this school, and analysis of the existing problems are also made in the thesis, which includes lack of awareness of parent education, guidance is not a single mode, teaching content is in the lack of science. The reasons contains the utility of the cognition on the parents school, the fact that the parents ignore the parents education, the administration deficiencies to the parents school by the school, therefore the countermeasures are put forward, which contains five aspects: to improve the effectiveness of the school, to enhance the social awareness of the parent school, to understand the importance of establishing an effective management mechanism, to strengthen the school teaching content of theoretical research and practical exploration,cultivation of parents education guidance by professional teachers and construct diversified and three-dimensional education guidance system. The author hopes the findings of this thesis can support useful experiences for other school in our country.
