On The Investigation And Countermeasure Study Of Parent Education In China

Family is the first class in life.Children begin to receive education from the ground up.What kind of tutor,will decide what kind of person they are.The importance of family education is thus visible.However,at present,the family education in many rural areas of China still has the characters of unconsciousness,no concept and no content.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the problem is getting acuter as a large number of rural workers move to cities.Tracing back to the source,that's because parents have a series of erroneous ideas,such as the backward concept of education,improper education,the dislocation of education values and the preference for sons.Parent education is an activity that helps parents achieve successful role experience.It's also an effective way to solve these problems.This essay focuses on the development status,problems and countermeasures of the parent education of the new generation of migrant workers in X city.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method,we try to understand the current situation and demand of the new generation of migrant workers' parent education,to explore the existing problems,and to put forward corresponding suggestions.Research shows that there are some problems in the parent education of new generation of migrant workers in X city at present:(a)some migrant workers has a monotonous parenting style and lacks the corresponding family education knowledge.Shown as:the concept of education is weak,the deviation of education concept and the lack of early parent education content.(b)Some often have an ambiguous attitude to parent education in the process of raising children,thus lacking scientific parent education guidance.Shown as:most parents understand that children's education is important,but they are too dependent on schools.(c)The existing parent education has been slow to develop and cannot meet the demand of the new generation of migrant workers parents.First of all,the parent training among them are severely inadequate;Secondly,there are also deficiencies in the parent school as the main force;In addition,the negative impact of lacking feedback mechanism has become the bottleneck of parent education.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for three aspects:the new generation of migrant workers,the government and education authorities,and the support system of parent education from the whole society.For the new generation of migrant workers:(a)to strengthen the subjective consciousness and awareness of action towards parent education;(b)to enhance their awareness of self-education and practice the concept of lifelong learning;For government and education authorities:(a)establish relevant legal system and promote parent education development in accordance with the law;(b)increase funding for parent education and enhance the public welfare of parent education;(c)attach importance to the influence of parent education and improve the teaching force of parent education;(d)integrate the resources of parent education and complete the system of parent education;(e)develop the parent education system at different levels;(f)establish a parent education evaluation system,and implement the supervision of education.For the support system of parent education from the whole society:(a)build a parent education platform based on the school;(b)carry out classified parent training based on the community;(c)guide the development of parent education institutions in the private sector by market orientation;(4)in the medium of mass media,promote the development of parent education on the Internet;(e)encourage the broad participation of social public welfare forces by means of society;(f)learn from the parent education experiences from abroad.
