Since the late 20th century, the human society has come into the era of knowledge economy, information and knowledge has been produced and spread in large quantity, knowledge management arises at this moment. As an advanced management concept, knowledge management has been widely used in various industries, and the management and application of knowledge becomes the key factor to measure the competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years, in the promotion of the government, training industry is developing rapidly. Training industry is highly competitive and also seeking new ways to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Since 2000, as a new management concept, knowledge management has been emphasized and researched by education training experts, and gradually implement in practice. Although the knowledge management has been introduced into the education and training industry, it is still in the exploratory stage, there are still some problems need to be solved. Such as:the insufficient attention degree of managers on knowledge management, inadequate management of explicit knowledge, less application of tacit knowledge, and lagged knowledge management platform construction, etc. Based on these issues, the knowledge transfer of the vocational qualification training program is the research object in this thesis, and knowledge transfer influence factors in the vocational qualification training program will be the key research object, and try to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This thesis is aimed at an exploratory study of knowledge transfer in vocational qualification training program, and the main work is as follows:Firstly, a large number of literatures have been referred, and researches on knowledge transfer theories and their application status are reviewed in this paper. The present problems existing in the training of knowledge management are summarized, and a research framework of knowledge transfer for the vocational qualification training program is put forward.Secondly, knowledge classifications and characteristics of personnel organization involved in the implementation process of the vocational qualification training program are analyzed. Integrated with the knowledge management theories like knowledge transfer spiral model (SECI model), the process of knowledge transfer in the implementation process of the vocational qualification training program is analyzed, and the main factors that influence the performance of knowledge transfer in the implementation process of the vocational qualification training program are summarized.Thirdly, an empirical research has been carried out in the form of questionnaires to investigate the factors influencing knowledge transfer in the vocational qualification training program, and certain typical investigation and statistical results have been obtained, and on this basis the five key factors that influence knowledge transfer in the vocational qualification training program have been detected.Lastly, the empirical study conclusion, case analysis and related theories are put together for analysis to propose the measures, so as to improve the performance of knowledge transfer in the vocational qualification training program, which may provide a certain reference for similar training institutions to improve knowledge transfer performance.
