On The Reform Strategy Of Higher Vocational Talents Training Under The Background Of Vocational Qualification Certificate Cancellation

With the rapid development of our society and economy,the personnel training is more and more important and world competition is gradually developed into talents completion.No matter what industries,enterprises and governments,all needs high-quality talents of comprehensive skills and technique level.As a kind of certificate of vocational technology,the purpose of qualification certificate is to make the students' classroom learning skills and vocational qualifications match,so as to achieve the unity of academic degree and technology.With the accelerating pace of the eras,students in higher vocational colleges have corresponding problems in employment and qualification certificates,such as the phenomenon of excessive vocational qualification certificates,relatively backward evaluation standards of vocational qualifications,and limitations in technical improvement and employment development.Gradually canceling the vocational qualification certificate shall let each higher vocational and technical school carry on the corresponding innovation in personnel training.In terms of training objectives,not only the basic skills and professional qualities required,but also the craftsman spirit,comprehensive ability and high technical level are required.Therefore,this study is urgent.Under the background of the current vocational qualification certificate cancellation,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the optometry technology majors in higher vocational colleges,so as to analyze the existing problems and their causes.This paper analyzes the problems and influences under the background of the cancellation of professional qualification certificates from different aspects,such as professional curriculum setting,talent training objectives,craftsman spirit training and career positioning,and puts forward suggestions for optimization and reform from the following five aspects:Defining the goal of talent training,and cultivating practical talents with professional skills,theoretical knowledge and high quality;optimizing the teaching content,improving the pertinence of talent training,and adapting to the employment reality by innovating the education concept of talent training,improving students' self-consciousness and changing their behavior habits.Integrating regional resources,school-enterprise cooperation base resources and course resources to improve teaching level.Strengthening the combination of theory and practicing to promote the improvement of comprehensive ability.Strengthening the cultivation of craftsman spirit and professional quality of students.Therefore,under the background of the cancellation of vocational qualification certificate,the reform strategy of talent training in higher vocational colleges is studied.On the one hand,it is conducive to solving the employment problem of vocational and technical college students,on the other hand,it is also conducive to promoting the cultivation of talents at all levels of society,so as to improve the overall resources of society.At the same time,this study also complements the relevant contents of higher vocational education reform,technical talent training optimization and other research fields.
